Busy life makes us always in a hurry. Sometimes during the week we have no time to sit down and eat a meal with our family. There are also times when we eat but we don't feel what we eating or what it tastes in our mouths like because we are busy focusing on phone, TV, computer... And so eating is simply just sitting and chewing the entire bowl of rice. Some of us even not aware of which foods are beneficial to eat - nourishing, healing the body and vice versa. Thank you Thuc Duong Bao An team for taking the time to share with us your story, the inspiring process of building and developing Bao An, and about the values that you have been supporting the community in taking care of their health through beneficial eating habits. Thank you for the enthusiastic and "fiery" sharing and guidance of Mrs.Nga, Mr. Loi, Binh and the Bao An team. Thank you little Bao An for giving us such a beautiful song. Thank you, Grandma, for being present and singing meditation songs with our whole team. We are surely that the youth fighter team and disabled women at CORMIS have learned many profound lessons about the relationship between food and health, mind, happiness and entrepreneurship start up. Hopefully, after this class, the young people at CORMIS will be able to confidently cook simple but delicious dishes that nourish the bodies of themselves and their team.
