Continuing the program of supporting international students to participate in community projects, we had a working session with students and teachers from HELP University, Malaysia. With the major in economics, they were shared about the on going projects to support livelihoods and raise funds to support learning conditions for pupils in mountainous areas that CORMIS is implementing. The students and teachers researched and contributed ideas, practical solutions for the projects being implemented. In addition, the whole group also supported the project team who is raising funds to buy notebooks for students in mountainous areas. The students shared that being able to directly participate in practical projects at CORMIS made them feel happy. Before ending the working trip, we also discussed some cooperation ideas for next year, including supporting the sale of up-cycled products in Malaysia, supporting students to do community projects, mental health care programs for the community, etc.
