One of our main objectives is to contribute to enhancing the resilience of the community, especially the ability to cope with life’s pressures and recover quickly from events that cause psychological trauma. To achieve this goal, we, along with our beloved partners, regularly organize mental health care activities for the community, targeting various groups, in both online and offline formats. In the past two years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with a new partner in Ho Chi Minh City, The DomDom Healing Garden, expanding the scope of our activities, sharing our work, and serving the people in the Southern region. It has been a great gift for us to work with the DomDom team. This July, we are honored to once again join forces with the sisters at Vườn Đom Đóm and 4 other experts in our Annual Community Service Program in Ho Chi Minh City. The program includes 6 continuous sessions over two days (July 6-7) on a variety of topics: "Finding Yourself in the Image of Father, Shadow of Mother & The Children Trapped" (Therapist Nguyễn Phương Thanh); "Shadow Work: Working with the Dark Side" (Philosopher Researcher Phạm Thuỳ Dương); "Heart-talk: From Harvard to the Journey of Finding True Happiness" (Mr Huỳnh Hạnh Phúc); "Stress Relief Exercises & Recovery after Trauma" (TRE – Miss Mai Dung); "Bell Therapy" (Mr Trần Minh Luận). This event attracted 133 participants. As with other members of the coordinating team, we hope these two days of service, covering various topics, will help participants gain a better understanding of themselves and provide additional tools to care for their mental well-being, enabling them to live more peacefully, happily, and lightly. We are grateful to Vườn Đom Đóm, thankful for the program, appreciative of our fellow service members, and thankful for the contribution this program has made once again to CORMIS’s Community Support Fund (14 million VND).
